No source code = no go only VCL (I guess) = no go (for me) There is an alternative here

Hello, I was VERY interested until I read "(no source code)" and "(includes source code repository access)". Not sure what the later means. Never purchase components without source code. My2c. Mark

    Object Inspector text color

right click on the object inspector and properties, not sure for themed skin
  5. I'm not saying there's something wrong with this type of helpers (I have close to the same at work) it's just an "inconvenient" - or should I say unusual - format to follow. And - as @Attila Kovacs mentioned and your example shows - you have to be careful; as there's no way (according to my knowledge) in Delphi to see if a TObject is initialized or not.

Links to OpenSSL 1.0.2u Windows binaries are broken

Sorry about that, must have forgotten to upload the 1.0.2u files to the wiki server, done now. However both 1.0.2t files come up as downloadable, not tried doing so. Angus

I agree with the sentiment of never buying components without source code. That said - $299 for 8 licenses with source code is not over the top for what appears to be a capable piece of code. Still, it would have been nice to see a $149..1xx single user license including source. Please keep the commentary polite and constructive.

Delphi 10.3 Rio on Windows Server 2008 R2

Windows Server 2008 R2 (aka Windows 7) support ceased earlier this year. Windows Servers usually install very basic display drivers which is probably your problem. Angus
  10. And this is something I will never EVER argue about. For me it also makes the code harder to read, as I already got used to Create - Try - Finally - Free - End. I'll always be alarmed if this pattern is not followed. In my case unfortunately it's a bit different, as we have (I'd call them as) protocol descriptors in our custom dataset descendants, no direct SQL queries. But I hate setting the variables to nil before.
