To whom do I transmit personal data?
In short: So far, to no one.
The Delphi-PRAXiS is and has always been a closed project on its own server. Neither marketing tools, nor other analytical tools are being applied. Consequently, there are no external service providers to whom any data might have to be transmitted. Neither are there any "likes" or "shares" with arbitrary social networks. There are no active or semi-active buttons embedded from third parties.
However: In individual cases, I might be obligated - on order by relevant authorities - to disclose data, if this is required for prosecution purposes, for defense by the police authorities of the German federal states, to fulfil the legal duties of the constitutional protection agencies of the central or federal state governments, the German intelligence service or the military counter-intelligence services, to protect against the treats of international terrorism, or to enforce intellectual property rights (Art. 6 (1) lit. c DS-GVO Basic Regulation in connection with respective provisions of special legal acts).
(REMARK: Luckily, this has not been necessary so far...)
I will inform you in due course if I intend to transmit your data to third parties, or, if I allow third parties to access your data.
How long will I store your personal data?
Only as long as necessary. Your personal data is entirely stored within the user account which is administrated by yourself. As soon as your account is deleted, all of your personal data will automatically be deleted as well.
IP-addresses recorded during contributions in discussions will be anonymized in the database after 7 days. The temporary storage of full IP-addresses is part of my above named interest in ensuring the stability and safety of the website. The web server will store abovementioned data of each inquiry in protocols which are deleted after 7 days.
