Delphi 12.2 user report

This is a Delphi 12.2 user who has spent SEVERAL HOURS trying to find the scCTRL declaration by CTRL+clicking on scCTRL:

He also reported: I spent hours clicking on the context menu: 'Find Declaration'

I would have done so after 500mS - which is also how long it took me to find it:

His boss was also furious: "I am not paying you for using a system that cannot find the declaration of identifiers!!!"

 

Using Search For Files in a specific directory to find the declaration of an identifier, where 'Find Declaration' does not work? Is there any list of Delphi IDE features that do NOT WORK?

Not that I believe your story but "His boss" should be more concerned about the fact that his employee got stuck in a monkey trap.

I didn't know what a "monkey trap" is. So I searched Google for "monkey trap" images and found a lot of funny images.
