Any Stand-alone VCL Editors?

I'm new to VCL skins. I need to modify some VCL skins. I do not want to buy RAD EX studios.

 

I could not find such lists online. This thread can be a useful info resource for such searches in future.

 

So if you come across VCL editor/Designer stand-alone apps, not listed here, please add to this thread so it might help others in future.

 

Please post as many as you can as they become available in future.

 

1- Any Free standalone VCL editors out there?

 

2- Any Paid standalone VCL editors out there?

 

3- Any other IDEs (than RAD, EX, C++) that can edit VCL skins?

If not, creating such apps might be well received. Thanks in advance.

Ehm... There's VclStyleDesigner.exe in RAD Studio distributive, isn't it what you're looking for?
