Delphi 10.4 - Maximize window does not work properly

I have the exact same problem that Thomas describes in his blog:

Does anyone know the Issue number for this? So I can vote and comment.

 

I have never had that issue before. Have used Rio for a long time already.

 

Today I started to work with Delphi 10.4.

That is not my exact problem though. My main monitor is in the center (laptop screen). To the left of it I have a secondary monitor.
The Delphi IDE is maximized, but a 'gap' is left to the right edge of the screen. Yellow rectangle in picture...

After further testing, this is indeed the issue I am having.

For me it ocurred when the Layout was switched to Debug.

But I can reproduce the issue as described, in that support case. If I minimize the IDE and then maximize it, it does not restore to the original position.

 

It is driving me insane though...
