OverbyteIcsSslMailSnd.exe EAccessViolation

I am using the OverbyteIcsSslMailSnd.exe demo program it does compile without errors however when I run it I am receiving a run time error.

 

The error occurs right after Starting SSL handshake.  I am trying it with the All-IN-One button.  I took a screen shot of the program it is attached.  Thank you very much for any help you can provide.
