How can I rename my "Displayed name"

I want to change my displayed name (actually swierzbicki). How can I achieve this ?

FYI I used my old German account to register here. New display name should be "Stéphane Wierzbicki"

That is the reason for removing the option for renaming of display name.

That may give the background for this decision: the names for both forums should match, so people can be recognized.
