Tokyo BDS.EXE not start. Please Help. "Cannot find the section that owns the Delay Import DLL Name"

I have a strange problem (I never heard such thing).

Suddenly, clicking  bin\dbs.exe does not launch he IDE, instead a short sound like a gentle hammering comes up.

Anybody can help with this?

I ran Dependency Walker and it shows "Cannot find the section that owns the Delay Import DLL Name" for bds.exe. Any help?

maybe AV in action....

i had some like this with my Kaspersky.

sometimes, with new project with just a ShowMessage and nothing more, was seen as Trojan... then, deleting the line and recompiling again, all right. later, type ShowMessage againg and compiling, all right.

2 days ago, my RAD 10.3.3 had this problem... start and was killed.

 

solution: a clean reinstall of RAD and all it's right for while.
