Shape animation

I want to rotate a TLine(Shape group) but not all the shape, I want to rotate only the top, so to looks like a niddle swing right and left, I'm using Tanimate as well.

Any help please 🙏

Set the RotationCenter of the TLine either to 0,0 or 1,1 dpending if you want the needle to swing from the top or the bottom.#
