Play Store - Your Device Isn't Compatible with This Version

I have a customer who can't install our Android app on his Samsung Galaxy Tab A. The Play Store says the device isn't compatible with this version. I don't understand why. I owned the same tablet previously and didn't have this problem.

 

I am using:

Embarcadero® Delphi 10.4 Version 27.0.40680.4203  with Update 2.

Android SDK 26.1.1

Android NDK r21e

Please show what is in AndroidManifest.xml (i.e. not AndroidManifest.template.xml)
