Embarcadero 11.1 access violation coreide280.bpl

Reinstalling doesn't helps

Windows updates doesn't helps

Restarting pc doesn't helps

 

Windows info:

Windows 10 Pro 21H1 19043.1682

Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0

 

IDE doesn't opens, after double click on the icon (ide .exe file or bds.exe), i got this error below.

My user is administrator, but because of UAC I run by default with restricted rights, as a standard user. Only if necessary do I run a process elevated. Do you have UAC disabled?
