D 11.3 Word occurrences marking - colour setting

Recommended Posts

I use that theme. With the default setting the highlight/background is not visible at all.
I haven't found it. If this can be set, can someone throw me a screenshot here?

In Tools  - Options - User Interface - Editor Options - Search there is a percentage value to play with.

Thank you. 100 It's better. It's far from perfect. The blue color doesn't fit. Yellow would be good. If CnPack has it

@Stano - In the Tools - Options - User Interface - Editor Options - Color, you can change the color with "Additional search match highlight".

Nope, it was the right color option.

I went back to CnPack. There I can set the highlighting for the whole unit. Delphi only does it in a function.
For me, the blue color is not distinctive enough. I have to look for it. With CnPack it hits the eye.

@Vandrovnik - Tools | Options | User Interface | Editor - Don't highlight keywords - is checked by default.

Also, Highlight words setting offers None, When selected, By cursor.

I prefer By cursor.

Thank you! I completly missed this! (It applies even to .sql files, where I would like to highlight NULL, etc.)

This seems to be a similar issue, but starting from 11.3, initializing a code template (ie. for template) will now mark the "fields to fill" with another shade of blue, that overthrows the selection color. Try creating the template, write some text in the fill field, and try selecting it with ctrl+arrows.

This is what I mean:

As soon as RAD studio lost focus (I switched to my browser), the template fill fields disappeared, and this is left:

This is a bug obviously, but did someone find a workaround?

Not sure why the colors for this are not one single color entry, but two.

Foreground - Sync edit highlight (it appears only the foreground color is used)

Background - Sync edit background (it appears only the foreground color is used)

Edit: But no - I don't know why the template "helper" goes away when you switch focus, but the behaviour is the same in 11.1.

The Sync edit highlight always seems on top, even though the current selection should be on top. Here's a better screenshot to understand what I'm trying to say:
