I suspect Embarcadero deleted or changed files at their Community page which has broken this. I would think tens of thousands of other developers would be experiencing this issue too, seeing how this option is on by default.
Well, adding bds.exe made A difference. Instead of 2 dozen error messages, I now get a spinning WAIT glyph, which after waiting 30 seconds, is followed by 5 script error messages. I also get some crazy content in one of the dropdowns.
The last time I used Delphi (Tokyo or Berlin), I had no issues. Today, I launch either and I am bombarded with Script Error popup messages. Here's a video showing the issue:

So what could have possibly broken to affect both versions of Delphi? I have turned off my firewall and that made no difference.

Can someone please explain what the AUTO RUN tab within the IDE is for and more importantly, how to change its configuration? Whenever I compile/build a project, I keep getting the message that SETUP.EXE is missing. I do not recall ever configuring a SETUP.EXE to be associated with the project.
