    StrToDate cannot handle dd-MMM-yy format

    Apparently they changed the parser to require date separators in the ShortDateFormat, so now setting ShortDateFormat := 'ddmmyyyy' and DateSeparator := '/' causes StrToDate('01/01/1970') to throw an Exception
