    Thank you! I don't understand why replacing the controls got the package references, when placing them the first time didn't, but now I know something to try.

    There is a Samples entry in the same 'bar' as 'Standard', 'System", 'Dialogs', etc. and it shows TSpinEdit; that is where I got it to put on my form. I just deleted the TSpinEdit from the form and replaced it; it then gave a TSaveDialog not found, so I deleted and replaced that too. It now complies. Any idea why?
