I am sorry I have understood nothing. What to do in my case? How to use C++ Builder? Where is it?

A month ago I installed Delphi Community 10.3. After that I decide to install C++ Builder Community. But during the process of installation but I got a message  that says that I need to remove the previous installation.

I saw the item "About Embarcadero Delphi" in the help menu of the current installation and saw that there is written

Installed Updates: Delphi 10.3 and C++ Builder 10.3 Updates 3

SO it looks like I already have C++ Builder 10.3.

But I do not know how to run it if it is already installed.

That is I can run Delphi 10.3 Community  Edition.

But where is there C++ Builder?:)
