    Add psqlODBC from the Stack builder of PostGreSQL. Then add the vendorlib into the FDDrivers.ini My setting in FDDrivers.ini [FDDrivers.ini] Encoding=UTF8 [PG] VendorLib=C:\Program Files (x86)\PostgreSQL\psqlODBC\bin\libpq.dll
