[SOLVED] Fresh installation Delphi 10.4 Professional - component palette don't show

I have installed Delphi 10.4 professional by activating a Network Named User and when I run Delphi the component palette is not displayed; also I can't select a platform other than win32 in the options.

My subscription is expired but the "License Expiration Date" is Unlimited.

In the Licence Manager all seems correct and I have not registered the product.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Delphi but without being able to solve the problem.

The installation file is "RADStudio-1042-esd-4203.exe"

PS. I extracted the license log in the License Manager and in one line it says ProductId:-1 - SkuId:-1 so it seems it did not recognize the licensed product.

 

SOLUTION

I describe the solution below for any users who may encounter this problem.

In an installation with licenses provided by a server I downloaded the installation file mentioned in the license doc, but if the subscription is expired, the installation failed.

You must download the iso image from this link an load the .slip licence provided by the AppWave Enterprise License Center (ELC) that is running on the server.
