epson Check printer does not respect paper length EPSON TM-H6000IV

Hello, I have an EPSON TM-H6000IV hybrid printer. It's possible to print thermal paper and checks. The problem is that it doesn't respect the paper length, regardless of the paper length I set on the printer or in QuickReport. The same applies if I use the printer object.

The check is 6 inches, but it prints and ejects the check without printing it completely, and when I insert another check, it finishes printing the first one.
