How to avoid "Unknown" failures in Windows Store Dashboard Health report

I have an app (Cliff Watson EPG Program) in the Windows Store comprised of a Delphi exe file and a Java jar file.  Some users are finding ways to make the app generate "crash" failures in the Windows Partner Center Dashboard.  Virtually all of these events are labeled as type "Unknown" (see attached screenshot) and no usable information about the crash source (such as a stack trace) is provided.  I assume that this lack of diagnostics happens because my MSIX package does not include some key information.  Does anyone know what that may be?
