C++ Builder 12 web installer not working

So I just tried to upgrade C++ Builder from 12.2 to 12.3 using the web installer, but this is apparently not working at the moment.  Of course before getting that far I uninstalled 12.2 so now I have no IDE.  Currently downloading the iso ... sigh.

 

From the install log:

Update: well at least the ISO works well, I guess the 7GB download isn't such an issue now we all have nice fast fibre😉

 

But of course we use Boost too, which I can't install from GetIt because that is still down.  Why is there no offline install for GetIt packages?  Does anyone know if it will work if I just copy the Boost include files from a previous installation?

Update: GetIt seems to be working again now.
