Bootable Service not start using Kastri

Hi,
I want to create a service that starts at boot. Register a broadcast receiver that can intercept the ACTION_PACKAGE_ADDED event. I'm using Kastri with Delphi 12.3 and Android 15, but the service doesn't start.
I'm attaching my manifest file.
