Helpme about a delphi mobile webbrowser dont make download

Good afternoon friend, my name is Sergio. i am developing a mobile application in delhpi berlin. 
it is a mobile web browser that I use to access a website that I created in order to download the pdf exams of patients from a clinic. 
I access the site through the browser and put the security key. 
and go to the next step that asks for the password to download the pdf file. 
but when I click the download button it simply does nothing.
I would like to know if you could help me because I already tried everything and I was not able to do so. 
I would be very grateful if someone could help me
and not only on this site, but also on any other site, if you try to download a file using a web browser that was 
made in delhpi or download it will not run with the Twebbrowser component
