An issue with VOIK binder on win10

Hi, i use to work with the VOIK Binder (on win7), but when i use it on Win10 the compiled file won't work !
i think because the binder itself is compiled with delphi 2007 under win vista !,
and i can't re-compile the VOIK binder in a newer version of delphi ! like delphi 2010 or the new 10.3

can anyone help me with this please ?!
