Monitor mode for network adapter under linux

Does Delphi have a built-in unit for managing network adapters under linux os? For example setting the network adapter to monitor mode and capture wifi traffic. Or just capture the traffic (and injecting some), since the adapter may be set to monitor using linux commands. If it's not a built-in unit, maybe there's a custom one?
