IOS 15.7.1 deployed app get closed immediately once opened

Can you please help me to fix the issue.  We have come across one requirement and realized that an issue is existed in the form of IOS app in recent releases.

 

1). Delphi 10.4 update 2 

2). MacOS - 12.0.1 Monterey

3). XCode -  13.4.1 

4).IOS - 15.7.1 (Iphone6s Plus).

 

While deployment no error has been encountered (Development) through PAS - 12.2.10.3 through MOSCO 1.2.2. 

When I try to open APP get closed immediately.  Any input /workaround to fix this issue?

my advice:

• create a new app with just form  and deploy it to test!
• if run, then, pay attention in your "real" app with all calls done on "create/run" app!
• note: I dont use IOS/macOS - I dont have it!
