    Based on articles: I prepared a simple application in Delphi 11.1 which runs on Windows XP. When I try to use runtime packages I'm getting an error: Procedure AcquireSRWLockShared entry point not found in library kernel32.dll. Is it possible to use runtime packages in application on Windows XP?
