Thanks for clarification. But NOW, NOW please let us stay on the technical side.

    Experience/opinions on FastMM5

Well - this is a really fascinating technical topic. You can, if you feel you have to, discuss the GPL-license in the non technical-area. But please let us stay technical here.

Folks ... I had to delete a couple of posts that were completely off topic. If you really want to continue your personal dispute - please do this in a personal conversation and not here in public.

    Delphi 10.3.3 Problems with x64-Debugger

No problems here either. It really looks like a problem with your system and not with Delphi. So you might think about the title of this topic a little more.

Will 10.4 bring better Android Services support?

As far as I know there is not much public information yet. You can visit the site https://embt.co/10-4-Beta, there is a comments-section below the text and the product-management ist answering questions.
  8. Well ... @Guba, if you want to receive help, do it right. You're pretty new in this community and I recommend you to read our Code of Conduct. We all are trying to help each other. Sometimes we read an answer to our question and we cannot see how that one could help us. Yes, that happens from time to time. Asking helps. So, please calm down now and let's see how to answer your questions about FMX. And yes, especially when it comes to grids and databases, there are significant differences to the traditional VCL.

In german language, we call this "putzig": It is indeed an error in the forums-software related to the recent change of the year. So kind of a "year 2020 bug". I do have a bugfix and will it apply this evening. Other customers reported a successful patch - so I think it will work here also.

[legal] Need help with Packet Sniffer in Delphi

@Spielie96: You are not just reading the data, you have already modified the client of your game by changing one of the DLLs. To quote your own words: You have already bypassed the Anti-Cheat protection. Sniffing and analysing data sent to your computer is fine, but you are taking actions that are clearly against the will of the publisher - otherwise you wouldn't have to bypass any protection. So you create advantages over the other participants of this MMORPG. And this is kind of cheating. I will close this thread.

Uses Clause Manager in Tree in r2809

Sure, this is a place to discuss. But there is no need to get mad to each other. This thread is quite dominant in all listings of recent activity and indeed this happens from time to time when a thread is quite active. Nonetheless you should accept when other people say "come on, keep it short". Honestly, it is a very specific topic and as long as we have no option to really ignore a thread, it pops up again and again. So this thread has an impact to this community. By nature of couse, because this community is a place for discussions. So when you are contribuiting to a thread that sticks out like this and is basically a conversation between two people, there might be some reactions to it - yes. I think we all need some forbearance [never used this word before, but dictionary says it is right 😉 ] here.
  21. You're getting slightly off-topic now.

place of "mark site read" Button

where exactly do you want this button?
  23. well ... I do not agree that this file is unsuitable. It actually works quite nice with any browser out there. We might find a smaller replacement, but a saving of a little less than 300 kbytes (the file is cached anyway) is actually not on top of my todo-list.
