script errors at start of c++builder 10 seattle

I have been using C++Builder 10 for years and would like to continue doing so.
Recently I started getting script errors that look like this:
Script error
An error has occurred in the script on this page.
URL: https://c0.wp.com/c/6.4.1/wp-include/js/jquery.min.js
Do you want scripts on this page to continue running?

It does not matter whether Yes or No is selected for the rest of the process.
After all messages have been removed, I can work normally with the 
environment.

Does anyone know how to avoid these messages?

Turn off the "Community Toolbar".
