project option not visible .

I am  using Delphi 12,  when installed it was good . only when I was changing DIP and test application . Project option got hidden.

 

How I can reset it so that I can edit project option in IDE. 

Any suggestion ?

Does something useful happen if you click on a ">" on the right hand side or select a different platform as target?
