OpenSSL engines support (GOST)

Is there any chance to get ICS working with OpenSSL GOST Engine and use GOST-certificates for HTTPS-connection?

Sorry, I know nothing about GOST.  I understand there is a version for OpenSSL 3.0, but we don't provide a Windows version. 

 

Even if you build the engine DLL, ICS would need changes to use it. But ICS is open source, you can do those yourself, and they may be incorporated if of benefit to others.
