Daylight Saving Error???

Hi Team,

We went to Daylight savings in Australia this morning.

At this moment my local date time is Sun 5 Oct'25 @ approx 13:54.

Using Delphi 12, if I try to create a new Unit I get this:  

I am running Windows 11.

I have checked my date/time sync:  All seems good:   

 

Any thoughts/suggestions appreciated.
