D13 IDE Slow loading with MMX Code Explorer

I installed the latest release (16.0.9 build 82) to the Delphi 13 IDE and found that the IDE began starting-up significantly slower. The MMX info string displays the timing on the D13 splash screen. In my environment it displays MMX's plugin loading time between 16 and 20 seconds.

My dev environment is Windows 11 24H2 in Hyper-V VM  with dedicated 16GB RAM and 8 vCPUs. 

 

I did not use the MMX Code Explorer before and I'm not sure it it expected behavior or not. However, I guess it's too slow. I looked through the options and did not find any suspicion what could cause such slow loading.

Open MMX Properties, select General and disable Allow MMX Actions in IDE toolbars.

MMX plugin loading speed improved about 35-40 times (up to 20sec down to less than 0.5sec).
