wuppdi Welcome Page and high CPU usage

This behaviour is observed on Seattle, when Project Desktop checked in Autosave options, and there is an open project with few opened files (tabs) that should be loaded when the IDE starts, the CPU usage goes randomly between 2% and 6% and 12.5%, and stay consistent until you click on another tab, then the CPU drop to less than 1% even if return to the welcome page tab.

Wait, it is not wuppdi Welcome Page problem !

 

The problems is a conflict with CnWizards, disabling one of them make things smooth, both enabled makes this high CPU usage on start.
