What is the best Lua implementation to use with Delphi?

Apologies in advance if I posted this to the wrong place.  I was just asked this question and a quick search showed there are multiple choices.  I know nothing about Lua and have never tried to integrate an external scripting language before.  If anyone has done such a thing and has some tips to share, I would be all ears.  I know this is a very general question, but the whole thing has come up in a hurry and I'm struggling to get up to speed quickly!
