Problem build android aplication

i was just installed delphi 10.3 Community Edition

i want to try to build an android aplication, but then error like this :
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Embarcadero\Studio\AndroidNDK\toolchains\arm-linux-androideabi-4.9\prebuilt\windows\bin\arm-linux-androideabi-ld.exe: cannot find -ldl

i wonder what is this -ldl ? i can not find the with that name.
