I see that HelpNDoc can generate various types of help files, including HTML and CHM. Can the generated files be used as context help in Delphi programs via TControl.HelpKeyword and/or TControl.HelpContext?

HelpNDoc's generated HTML is context sensitive so it can be opened from any application or web-site. See: https://www.helpndoc.com/news-and-articles/2021-04-07-context-sensitive-html-help-and-url-aliases-for-help-topics-in-your-html-documentation-web-sites/
