Module not found

I tried today to install a newer release of Overbytes ICS 8.65 – 8.69 on my C++ Builder 10.2 like described in readme file.

I tried to install from project group and also the single projects

But anytime I am installing the design bpl file, Iget following error, that package can’t be loaded as module can’t be found.

I added the needed paths in tools -> options -> search path etc.... 

Do you have pls any hint for me, as I am struggling today since yesterday with it?

Recently I had to solve a similar issue. I solved it by spying the IDE file activity using ProcessMonitor (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon). ProcessMonitor is a free tool which can display all file - among others - activity. Create a filter with the name of the module the IDE don't find and you'll get the list of folder where the IDE look for it.
