cannot install component

hi, i new here and want to install new component from MARS.

i found error while i build group package for MARS.groupproj, i use delphi 10.4 CE

and this is error i found
"[dcc32 Fatal Error] MARS.Core.MessageBodyWriters.pas(113): F2613 Unit 'CodeSiteLogging' not found."

please help.

CodeSite is an optional logging library. Delphi includes a limited version called CodeSite Express available through GetIt. Conflicting information if it is available with Delphi CE.
