Trying to install ICS 858 on C++ Builder Rio 10.3.1

i make fixes alank2 recomending and works for me (in c++ Builder Rad Studio 10.3.1)

 

i put you here the RAR file with all like it stay working and generation of Bpl etc

is on folder >>>>BPL -Win32 Bits-  created by Snaked in RadStudio C++ Builder 10.3.1<<< for your convenience
