The Numeric Keyboard types DecimalNumberPad, Numberpad and NumbersAndPuctuation on Android on Samsung Galaxy do not support the comma as a decimal separator. It's on the keyboard, but stays disabled, whatever regional settings are in use. Probably a Samsung/Android bug. Tthis could be important if the app is targeting european users.
