Cannot download the Delphi Community Edition

I want to download the Delphi Community Edition.
But it show me the messgae as follow

 If you are a student or teacher and need to download the Community Edition for a scheduled class, please Contact Sales.

 

 

Do you have Same problem?

They might be in the process of moving the download servers, as they have been doing for numerous other services lately.

The CE installer requires the GetIt server to download various components during installation.  But CE is still at version 11, and due to the recent server outages, GetIt has been restored for only RAD Studio 12 so far. They are still working on restoring GetIt for version 11 and earlier.  So, it is not surprising that they would disable any downloads for older versions right now.

I managed to install 11.3 CE version. However, there is no Bookmarks plugin when I open Getiit. Is it a bug or feature?

Bookmarks is at the section Subscription only, I believe that is not available for the CE version.
