ICS Installation

When trying to install ICS 9.1 under delphi 12 I'm receiving folloving message :
[Exec Error] The command "xcopy "..\ICS-OpenSSL\*.*" "C:\ProgramData\ICS-OpenSSL\" /y /s /e /c" exited with code 9009.

Error 9009 means "File not found".

What operating system?  Have you extracted all the files from the zip with the correct directories? 

 

That XCOPY command works for most people, unless you change something.
