Embarcadero quality Portal Status "Ready for Validation"

I am using the Embarcadero Quality Portal. They have a Status named "Ready for Validation".  Can you explain what this means?  Does this require me to do some follow up action?

You submitted an issue. Now it's in the hands of Embarcadero quality team and project managers.

 

Someone will check your issue and try to reproduce it. Depending on the result, it will be opened, closed or they will send you a question about what your case.

... or less, it depends on the subjects
