When will Delphi13 CE be released? (the free edition)

It is usually 1 - 2 years after the paid version has been released. There is no rule.

2 years? Last year I had version 11, and I downloaded version 12. So I expected within a couple of months, not years!

No release date is available for a new Community Edition. It could be next year or in two or three years. Embarcadero has no obligation.
Statistically speaking, it could be next summer if a new bootcamp session is set up.

 

The current Community Edition works well and allows deployment on the latest versions of iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac. You don't "need" an update.

 

If you need the new features and updates in Delphi 13 Florence, you should consider whether the CE license is really what you need, rather than a Professional license.

I am not following closely the CE since I get my Delphi licence at work. A google search returned that in case of Delphi 11 the paid version was released on September  9, 2021, the CE was released on April 26, 2023.
