RAD Studio IDE title bar starts growing

Out of the blue, the upper menu bar starts growing on every startup.

Every startup, it gets worse.

I started launching it in "DPI-unaware mode" and then it even doubled it.

 

 

I have no idea how to proceed. I need to get my project done today. Please help 😳

It looks like "something" in the toolbars is running amuck. Maybe resetting the tool bars can help.
