Is there an "Auto-Follow" Option

Hi,

 

I'm searching for an Option to Follow all the Threads where I have posted something. In the German DP I get always EMails when something changes in this Threads and I don't have to do anything for that.

 

Is there any option like this here?

I think I'm really blind. Even after the answers, I didn't find the notification settings.
