HiKey 960 / 970 ARM development kits?

Seems that it is targeted at the lowest end of FMX compatibility.

Even if it still may work, likely in the next update Android 4.4 is maybe no longer supported.

I would consider that.

I guess that takes the 960 off the table.

The 970 mentions supporting Google Android NN neural network computing framework, which means it is Android 8.1 (API level 27)  or above.
