Making apps for Samsung Galaxy Watch

 I guess it's possible to make apps for Samsung galaxy Watch with Delphi. But how they are installed to watch? It's only bluetooth, no USB cable connection.

And is it possible to get user heart rate readings from watch?

Any idea where to get info how to get heart rate readings from watch? GPS is maybe working with TLocation as usual.
