Is it possible to make changes to the source code for reserved words?

Hi,

 

I want to see if I can access the reserved word "case" and change it so that it can handle 64-bit integers.

 

Is there a way to either change case or create your own version of case reserved word?

 

It would be cool to be able to modify the source code for reserved words... but can't seem to find any documents on how it is done.
